Projects include the development & implementation HACCP & SQF Food Safety Systems, Auditing and Certification of HACCP Codex Systems, Training of staff at all levels (Food Safety, GMP, Hygiene, COVID-19, HACCP Introduction and Advanced Training), All PRP’s or Support Programs, FDA Training, Food Fraud (VACCP), Food Defence (TACCP), Consultancy in Food production systems, Food Safe and HACCP Compliant Facility design, Vendor Quality Assurance or Supplier Management Systems, Certification of Food Safe Equipment & Materials, Food Safety Bulletins and Non-GMO (genetically modified organisms) Certifications. Our Senior Project Manager is based in Suva and was Educated in Australia and has worked across many industries in Fiji and the Pacific Islands. We work with clients in all part of the food chain including agricultural products such as Root Crops, Fruit etc – packhouses & Export processing facilities. VCO and Coconuts, Cocoa, Kava, Fish, Canning, packaging manufactures, coffee, chocolate, Diary, Ginger, Tumeric and warehouse & distribution operations. We have also completed projects with Pest Control, Hotels, restaurants and Catering.
