I purchased a bed from Nausori branch in August 2024 and not 3 weeks after that our bed rails cracked on both sides of the bed. I lodged a complaint with Nausori Manager from that same month and its 2025 again. There was no respond or call or even an email from the Manager Moreen. I made the move to go to Nabua branch and lodge another complaint only to find out that the manager in nausori did not enter any complaint into their system. How unfortunate of me to even think that i will be served professionally? Im even paying for the bed and still now and for us to be using the bed even when cheap woods are being used___no way. Its thousands and not dollars. I am so disappointed in the way my complaint was handled.
